When we shot @KillerWhalesTV in LA, I was offered a delicious fruit drink. It was amazing so instead of drinking water, I drank about 10 cans of the drink.
While we were on the set my heart started racing. I started sweating and thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn’t let the other know, I couldn’t stop the show. I took deep breaths and almost kept it together.
Later on that night I got into bed and couldn’t sleep a single wink. My heart was racing again!! I was in a cold sweat!!
The next day, the same thing happened.
A week later I googled Celsius fruit drink because I really wanted to send some home to South Africa and realized that one can of Celsius has 3x the caffeine as a red bull.
I drank 20 cans in 2 days!!!!🤣
Imagine drinking 50 Red Bulls in 48 hours.
