Circulating Supply update on CoinMarketCap Greetings from the WEMIX team. WEMIX has been flagged with an “Investment Warning” by DAXA(Digital Asset eXchange Alliance) on October 27, 2022 due to the difference between expected circulating supply and the actual circulating supply of WEMIX. In response, WEMIX team has actively pursued clarity on the matter in order to resolve the situation and remove the “Investment Warning” flag by submitting supply metrics and transaction records to DAXA while also taking preemptive measures towards reducing the actual circulation supply compared to the initial expected circulating supply. These measures include: Total volume of collateralized WEMIX recovered from the liquidity pool for KSD loan, Corrected 20,000,000 token burn from being included in the total supply(removed from total supply), and Corrected the Foundation's wallet-to-wallet transactions from being included in the total circulating supply(removed from total circulating supply). In addition to implementation of these measures, we have also relieved differences in views between the Foundation, community, and CEX(exchanges) on the circulating supply of WEMIX by improving transparency and clarity in the management of WEMIX. Through this very process, the WEMIX team has carefully and repeatedly reviewed the total circulation supply of WEMIX in order to ensure accuracy in accordance with Tx logs found through blockchain explorers and these refined circulating supply metrics have been submitted to CoinMarketCap for review. As of November 18, 2022, the total circulating supply of WEMIX has changed from 318,421,502.00 to 244,277,876.17. From this point forward, the WEMIX team will pre-inform the community via announcements whenever there is expected change in the supply of WEMIX secured by the Foundation, and will continue to make improvements in the way we manage, plan, and disclose information related to accurate circulating supply of WEMIX on CoinMarketCap, CEX(exchanges), and the community.
